About Author

Dracula was written by Bram Stoker, an Irish author, born on November 8th in 1847. His writing career started when he was still a manager for Henry Irving and a secretary and director of London’s Lyceum Theatre. During the time, he created his most famous novel, Dracula, which was published in 1897. The original script for Dracula appeared to have been lost – its original title ‘the un-dead’ got changed and the book was purchased by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
